I love methi paratha. Actually I love the flavor and the taste of methi. Lets try methi paratha with little different style.
Ingredients
Atta or wheat flour - 4 cups
kasoori methi - 1 cup
garlic - 4 cloves
haldi - 1 teasp
chili power - 1 teasp
dhania powder - 1 teasp
sugar
salt to taste
oil - 1 tbsp
Method
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients.mix with hands.Now add water ( as required ).
Make a dough.Rest the dough for 1 hour.
Then make small dough balls and roll the balls into round shaped chapati.
Now heat a tawa and and put the rolled out parathas on it and cook for a minute.When bubbles start appearing, apply a little oil and flip it. Let the other side also get cooked.
Your Methi paratha is ready....enjoy hot methi paratha with dahi or raita.
