Today I will share an unique recipe with you all. I love this recipe because its simple and aweeeesome in taste.

Ingredient:
- Jhinge / Ridge Gourd - 4 big size
- Garlic - 4 tsps full of garlic paste
- Kalo jeera - 1 tsps
- 4-5 Green Chilies
- Pinch of haldi
- Chingri mach / Prawns ( small)
- Salt to taste
- 3-4 table spoon of mustard oil ( it will tel tele )
Process:
Peel the skin and cut the Jhinge into medium pieces . Add 2-3 green chilies and little salt and grind them together into smooth paste.
Marinate the chingri with haldi and salt.
Now heat the oil and fry the fishes. Take the fishes out and add kalo jeera and 2-3 green chilies. Add garlic paste and saute for few minutes. Good aroma will come from it. Now add haldi and chilli powder and cook for a minute.
Now add the mixture into the pan. Lower the flame and cover it with a lid. Cook for 10-15 mins. Now check this. Amazing aroma will come and oil will come from the mixture. Now add fishes and fry 5 more minutes. Add salt to taste.
Now turn off the flame and cover it with a lid for another 10 minutes.
Serve it with Hot Rice. You will go crazy :)
