Today I will share a very yummy sunday morning breakfast recipe. Its nothing but Pea Kachuri or Koraisutie Kochuri in Bangla.

- Maida
- atta
- salt
- Green Pea
- Jeera Gota
- Hing
- dry red chillies
- ginger paste
- 1 sps haldi powder
- 1 tsps chilli powder
- 1 tsps of jeera powder
- a little sugar
- Cooking oil. I prefer Rice bran oil.
Process:
Dough:
- I have taken 2 cups of maida, 1/2 cup of atta in mixing bowl.
- Added pinch of salt, sugar and 2 tsp of oil. Mixed it properly before adding water.
- Prepare the dough and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes. by that time our filling will be ready and dough will be matured enough. Don't forget to cover the dough, otherwise it will be dry.
Filling:
- Take a cooking pan.
- Put 1 tsps of cooking oil. Add 1 tsps of Jeera gota, pinch of Hing and 2-3 dry chilies. Saute for a minute or so and add 1 tsps of ginger paste.
- Now add haldi, red chilli powder, jeera powder and cook and cook for a minute.
- Now add the 2 cups of Peas. You have to fry this. Add little sugar and if required add more salt.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes until the mixture is ready and dry.
Now turn off the flame and cool the mixture. Then after 5-10 mins, grind it to coarse paste.
Yeyyyy, so now we have the filling ready and the dough is waiting :)
Kachuri:
- Make small balls from dough and roll it to small roti.
- Now keep 1 spoon of filling in the roti and close it. Make a small potli.
- Now roll this potli with some loose maida. Roll a small roti.
- In this way make you kachuri.
Now take a deep pan and pour 200 ml cooking oil. Heat the oil properly.
Now deep fry the kachuries one by one Take care dear as the oil is rally hot.
Serve them with sabji, pickle or dahi.
